Hey! I’m Wade Wang, a Product Designer focused on AI-powered workflows, scalable product systems, and human-centered interaction design.

Across Meta, Tesla, Rexpand, and Splunk, I’ve designed products that help people make sense of complex systems — from A/B testing and lift reporting experiences in Ads Manager, to native tools used by 15,000+ Tesla installers, to an AI-powered referral platform that helps job seekers move from cold applications to targeted outreach.

My design philosophy is simple: understand people, and help people understand. I care about turning ambiguity into structure, complexity into clarity, and business goals into experiences that feel useful, intuitive, and trustworthy.

Beyond product design, my work spans AI research, public speaking, social innovation, and experimental art. My projects have been recognized by iF, Red Dot, IDEA, Core77, and international design exhibitions.
